Im Mediapark wird das erste deutsche „Chocolate Academy Center“ offiziell eröffnet. Mitarbeiter aus Bäckerei- und Konditoreibetrieben, aber auch Patissiers und Köche können in dem Schulungszentrum Fortbildungskurse zur handwerklichen Herstellung und Verarbeitung von Schokolade belegen und lernen, wie man Schokoladenskulpturen baut.
